Halal Facilities:
The resort consists of Pool areas separate for men and women, guaranteeing 100% privacy from an outside eye in women only areas:

- One men only indoor pool centre. During Winter season it is used on rota basis between men and women - this is usually from morning to 5pm for women and from 5pm for men

- Pools are surrounded by a decked sunbathing area
All food within hotel premises is halal. The resort serves a range of international and Turkish cuisine with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided as an open buffet.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation request must be emailed us by the person who made the booking and the payment.
FREE Cancellation if we receive your cancellation request email no later than 30 days prior to your check in date to the hotel.
Only 10% of total paid amount will be charged if we receive your cancellation request email between 29th and 16th days prior to check in date to the hotel.
Only 20% of total paid amount will be charged if we receive your cancellation request email between 15th and 8th days prior to check in date to the hotel.
No refund will be made if we receive your cancellation request email after 8 days prior to check in date to the hotel. In this case only date change is possible (but not guaranteed) and it depends on the hotel's availability.

Check in time is 4pm or after. Check out time is by 11am.
AIRPORT TRANSFER ARRANGEMENT and FERRY BOAT INFO:
A transfer from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to Yenikapi Ferry Boat station (15-20 min) in Istanbul can be arranged with Crescent Tours. Then from Yenikapi station to Yalova (1.15 hour) ferry boat or sea bus services operate daily at certain times. Normally first ferry boat embarks at 8:30am and the last one at 19:30. However, we strongly advise to check Ferry Boat timetable and prices on www.ido.com.tr before you book your flight and travel arrangement. Ferry boat ticket is approximately 20-25 Turkish Lira (or 9-11 Euros) per adult.
- Although most of the families are having Islamic dress code on the beach area, it is not restricted and we cannot guarantee that everybody staying in this hotel and bypassing the beach area are on Islamic dress code
