The ground floor comprises of a very large lounge-dining-kitchen which opens onto the pool terrace. There is a dining table and 6 chairs in the kitchen. The pool overlooks spectacular views across the bay. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom.
Three bedrooms with balconies are located on the upper floors. Master en suite bedroom has jacuzzi inside.
The roof terrace and pool terrace areas guarantee 100% privacy from an outside eye for sunbathing. The pool side is 3x5 metre.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation request must be emailed us by the person who made the booking and the payment.
FREE Cancellation if we receive your cancellation request email no later than 30 days prior to your check in date to the villa.
If we receive your cancellation request email between 29th and 15th day prior to your check in date to the villa 200 Euro in total will be deducted from your paid amount and the rest will be refunded to you.
If we receive your cancellation request email between 14th and 7th day prior to your check in date to the villa 450 Euro in total will be deducted from your paid amount and the rest will be refunded to you.
No refund will be made if we receive your cancellation request email after 7 days prior to check in date to the villa. In this case only date change is possible (but not guaranteed) and it depends on the villa's availability.

Rates are per day and only applicable for a minimum hire of 6 days. Less than 3 Days Rental – on request. For rentals of 4 or 5 days, an extra charge of 20% is to be added on the above Rates. Above Rates are Government Tax and Fully Comprehensive Insurance included, subject only to an excess ( self risk). Airport Delivery and Collection may not be included in the rental price. For some cars it start from €35 charge for Dalaman Airport drop off and pick up. Unlimited mileage is also included in the Rental Price. Extra charge of EUR 5.50 per day for more than one Driver. Extra charge of EUR 3.50 per day for Child/Baby seat. Fuel in the vehicle must be always paid. Charges will apply if vehicle is found damaged by any diving equipment ( not all vehicles can be hired to carry diving equipment ).

Saklikent (Hidden city) - Tlos Trip
Its the best option to escape from the heat in Kalkan and visit the Europe’s 2nd longest gorge. We start the day with a early trekking i the gorge before it gets crowded and spoilt. Trekking takes 1:30 minutes through the cool waters, caves, waterfalls and nice rock formations. Non trekkers can enjoy their time by the river.
After canyon we head towards the Tlos , a short break at CWA will show you Turkish hand crafts.
Halal lunch is provided at a restaurant of local farm. And we visit the oldest and the longest settlement of Lycian land. Tlos known as house of pegasus winged horse. After visit we make our way back to Kalkan or Dalaman (based on your accommodation).

Fethiye Market Trip - Kayakoy (deserted Greek village) - Oludeniz (the blue lagoon)
We’ll visit the biggest market in the Lycian region where you can find all local products and textiles from Turkey. Then we will go to Kayaköy ("ghost" town) which is an abandoned Greek village left behind after the population exchange of Greeks and Turks in the 1920s. Kayaköy was made famous by Louis de Berniere’s book ‘Birds without Wings’.
Then we visit the most photographed beach in Turkey , Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon). Here we have free time to swim or enjoy the optional Turkish bath segregated for men and women.
On our return we stop at the local Turkish Delight (lokum) factory to see how they make it and have a taste, then we drive back to Kalkan.

Quad Bike Adventure at Patara Beach and Sand Dunes
We start the excursion in the small village of Patara. You will drive through the village up to the sand dunes. From here you can see the whole stretch of Patara beach (18km of golden sands). This is a great place to take photos and admire the stunning views.
We then continue through the forests and pathways of Patara National Park towards Çayazi (far end of Patara beach). We follow the river and you will have an opportunity to see sweet water turtles and birds.
Once we reach Çayazi you will have chance to swim in the sea or the fresh water in the river. Then, for the adventurous amongst you, you can spend some time driving your quad bike through the sands on this part of the beach.
After a short break here, enjoying some time on the beach, we return to Patara, following the river.
